We are looking for a skilled scratch colorist for a short contract work.
Our client is a postproduction company based in Gotheburg, Sweden with international clients.
They need a colorist for 10 days (7-20 December) working with a Swedish TV serie (shot on Red), all sessions supervised by director/DOP.
The client wishes that you have proven trackrecord working with demanding clients and experience on working on TV series, feature film and TVCs.
Using the scratch system you are going to grade 4*1 h episodes (you will get the material conformed and ready for grading).
Daily fee: 500/Eur/day. Company will provide you with free hotel/apartment during the project and airline tickets, EC citizen prefered.

We are looking for a skilled 3D TD/lighter for a short contract work (could be permanent).Our client is a previsiualisation company working with cars, architectural briefs, catalogues and mashines. The company has a very high photorealistic look and feel on all their projects, including major brands They are looking for a 3D studio Max/V-ray lighter for up and coming projects (starting 12-16 Oct and going on for 4-6 weeks)
Projects involves lightning stills for arhitectual catalogues (photo-realistic). Company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden (no remote work only on site), daily rate 300-400 Eur company pays for apartment. This could be a permanent job if everything works out ok.

I’v been searching for a while for wallpapers. Does anyone know of any good links? I’m looking for those neat backgrounds, CG if possible, but not exaggerated.
I’v looked on DeviantArt and Google Images, I’v found a lot, but none that I’v really liked.

Daniel Franke sperimenta con After Effects per ottenere delle “Sound Sculptures”, delle strutture virtuali che si modificano in base alla musica.
Per il video One Minute Sound Sculpture si è basato sull’algoritmo chiamato : Fast Fourier transform. L’autore dice: ” Cerco di creare una animazione/scultura generata da dati in cui l’ossevatore può essere condotto. Lo schermo non funziona da cornice o da piano, ma diventa una stanza virtuale che può essere esplorata attraverso lo spazio e il tempo. In One Minute Sound Sculpture” lo spettatore è virtualmente posizionato all’interno di una mostra dove guarda una scultura (…) L’analisi del suono è stata fatta con FFT mentre i movimenti di camera sono stati catturati con il camera-tracking.”
