HELP! write node…wrong aspect

Hi all,
I have tried every combination there is to get this _uckin write node to use any pixel ratio other than SQUARE.

For example, My clip is 1440 X 1080 1.33 aspect = 16:9

I have been using MOV ext with ANIMATION as my codec.
Every render comes out with a square pixel ratio (4:3)

I tried:
checking or unchecking the "USE FORMAT ASPECT" in the write node
I made sure that my project & reformat node is set to 1.333
I even set the codec to ntsc/dv and selected 16:9 aspect
and it STILL came out as 4:3!

What gives???
What am I missing?
thanks a bunch,
Lou
