Please Help Me Get The Shot Tracked!!!

Hey I want to be a compositor and I have nothing to work with so I decided I will try to a shot from scratch on my own.

Here comes the first hurdle.

I auto tracked the shot in PF Track.

The Problem is The objects in the center of the scene (Green Planes) are perfectly still but other objects are slipping slightly. If track is wrong everything should have problem! Right?

I am looking for quick tips to get the track done so I can get to composting as soon as possible.I want to use this track data in comp also.

Here are some screen shots of how the point cloud looks and the how the 3d objects are aligning.

Ps. I am not uploading the video for trail 02 because the problem just as in Trial 01 only thing the point cloud look little weird.

Pardon me If I am being silly but I badly need help.

🙂 Help!
Please!:)

Projecting beziers and doing “3D roto” question

I watched the video from the 2009 Nuke masterclass where Frank Rueter shows how he projected beziers on geometry to do roto based on a tracked camera. It looks great, but I have some issues. In the attaced project I have seutp a simple groundplane and a bezier projection. The problem is that as the camera moves, my bezier becomes heavely distorted. What would be a good way to get around this? Am I doing anything wrong?

Also, looking at the FX Guide TV episode (http://www.fxguide.com/fxguidetv.html, episode 96), an artist from MPC shows how he used "3D roto" to create masks, with something that looks like a different approch. Using the projection method, you can only have the mask line up at the projection frame, but for his method, the mask seems to track along at the right point all the time. Showed at around 7.25 into the video. Can anyone explain this technique?
