I would like to know the difference between Procedural Texture Clouds and Clouds created by Fluids? Are they same or different?
While creating clouds using Fluids, we also able to control the shading.

Primary Responsibilities
· Responsible for a team of Stereographic Production Artists providing 2D to 3D conversion of previously released movies and television.
· Co-anchors all production work with Lead Shot Producer.
· Assists Lead Conversion Producers with communication within the team.
· Updates all management teams and management systems of progress of daily production as required.
· Serves as team lead over Production Artists.
· Periodically reviews completed segments to ensure that all quality standards and client expectations have been met.
· Provides training on all production procedures: coordinates documents, production use of Nuke, After Effects, Silhouette, Mocha and other creative applications.
· Serves as a backup to the Lead Conversion Producer when required.
· Represents and communicates needs of all production team members.
· Assures that all timelines and milestones are achieved. Escalates in the event that help is needed to achieve these.
· Performs daily quality checks on the progress of all work done by the Production Artists on their team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience. BFA preferred.
· Four (4) years experience in 2D to 3D conversion projects, animated graphics.
· Strong working knowledge of Nuke, After Effects, Mocha, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, Silhouette, Shake and other similar creative animated and rotoscoping/painting applications required.
· Working knowledge of rotoscoping, painting, edge fill techniques, and dimensionalization required.
· Proven ability to lead and train a group.
· Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing and resolving problems with minimal supervision.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written), motivational skills, and strong attention to detail.
· Proven ability to manage a schedule/milestones while delivering a high quality product
· Individual will work in a fast-paced, small team environment, dealing directly with other technical, creative and operations employees on a regular basis.
· Flexibility to work overtime and/or on weekends with little or short notice.

· Works under the direction of the Lead and Conversion Producers following prescribed production procedures utilizing approved dimensionalization, rotoscoping and paint applications.
· Paints based on layer information and customer requirements as defined by the Executive Producer and Conversion Producer.
· Provides paint and edge fill to meet the highest quality standards.
· Perform Stereographic 2D to 3D Conversions, match moving, clean back plate (rig removal, etc)
· Performs conversion activities using manual and tool related techniques within each task based on layer information and customer requirements as defined by the Executive Producer and Shot Producer.
· Provides conversion to meet the highest quality standards.
· Complete each task within the pre-scribed timeline in order to meet the stated project timelines.
· Works with the production team to maintain the Shot Producers overall creative vision, and the highest technical quality.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
