Primary Responsibilities

· Works under the direction of the Lead and Conversion Producers following prescribed production procedures utilizing approved dimensionalization, rotoscoping and paint applications.
· Paints based on layer information and customer requirements as defined by the Executive Producer and Conversion Producer.
· Provides paint and edge fill to meet the highest quality standards.
· Perform Stereographic 2D to 3D Conversions, match moving, clean back plate (rig removal, etc)
· Performs conversion activities using manual and tool related techniques within each task based on layer information and customer requirements as defined by the Executive Producer and Shot Producer.
· Provides conversion to meet the highest quality standards.
· Complete each task within the pre-scribed timeline in order to meet the stated project timelines.
· Works with the production team to maintain the Shot Producer’s overall creative vision, and the highest technical quality.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience. BFA preferred.
· Must have at least one (1) years experience with Nuke, After Effects, Mocha and Silhouette; other applications are a plus.
· Working knowledge/Experience with rotoscoping, painting and edge fill techniques.
· Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing and resolving problems with minimal supervision.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong attention to detail.
· Individual will work in a fast-paced, small team environment, dealing directly with other technical, creative and operations employees on a regular basis.
· Flexibility to work overtime and/or on weekends with little or short notice.
