SUMMARY:
Acting in a managerial role, assist the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisors in coordinating all aspects of visual effects shots from production through to completion in the internal pipeline of both 2D and 3D effects.

Acting in a managerial role, assist the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisors in coordinating all aspects of visual effects shots from production through to completion in the internal pipeline of both 2D and 3D effects.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Artists and Shot Assignments.
- Managing and maintaining project budgets.
- Supervising junior production management staff.
- Researching and Gathering all Reference Materials.
- Coordinating Digital Deliverables with Production.
- Distributing Shot Instructions, Taking and Distributing Detailed Notes.
- Tracking Shot Progress, Facilitating Client Requests and Coordinate Client Deliveries.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Outgoing Diligent Self-Motivated Punctual Reliable.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Working knowledge of feature film formats.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro.
