Culver City based Blur Studio teamed with Riot Games to create another incredible CG trailer, this time for League of Legends. The goal was to excite and delight players by bringing the champions of the game to life in a high-impact, highly-detailed cinematic. It was Riot’s way of saying thank you to the passionate and committed League of Legends community.

Top talented brand consultancy & creative agency Troika, from Hollywood, were tasked with creating an identity and teaser for the BET Awards ’13 that represent the scale of their show while reinforcing the Awards as the point of origin for all that’s hot in black culture. The identity was featured throughout BET’s on-air, digital, and out-of-home promotional campaigns, and served as the foundation for the awards show package.

L.A based LAUNDRY!, home of PJ Richardson, has updated with a new website, reel and tons of new work. LAUNDRY! specializes primarily in motion/animation work but have also created an interesting side category called the hamper showing a lot of out pitches, print, experimental and general design nic nacs which are a fun, unique and honest approach to their process as creatives.

Crazy short film from three recent grad students from the University of the Arts Utrecht (HKU). “After many months of tough love and hard work we are happy to present our animation movie, “Endtrip”, to the world.” The film has already been officially selected for the KLIK! Amsterdam animation festival.
Endtrip is an animation short film in which we experience a breathtaking trip through the bizarre and fantastical unconsciousness of a drug overdosed girl. This visually stunning journey offers a stereoscopic 3D glimpse into the extraordinary and strange workings of the mind. Reality and fantasy become intertwined into a dream where nothing is as it seems and we can only expect the unexpected.
