The final animation was to be used in a video projection onto the building itself.
This was my first big project trying to destroy a building but I think it turned out well. They also did not want any dust in the animation as they where taking care of it themselves.
I just wanted to give a nod to the band OK GO. Over the past years they have proven to be leaders of the YouTube viral music clip. But to boot, they have taken a theme, a simple idea and and totally owned it through their innovation that it might even seem they invented it. Software knowledge requirments: After Effects, Syntheyes or PFtrack, nuke experience a plus
Basic knowledge of a 3D application: Lightwave or Maya, 3Ds Max a plus
Previous Film production experience
Good at paint an clean plate creation.
Ability to communicate effectively with Team and producers as well as manage junior artists
Ability to get high quality scene tracking data using Syntheyes or PFtrack
