We direct and produce intelligent, memorable promotion through illustration, animation and film, for clients across design, advertising, broadcast and architecture.
We are looking for an Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
Working alongside our Creative Director you will be comfortable both developing concepts, designs and approaches on projects through to adding the finishing touches.
We want to be swept away by your visual storytelling, dazzled by your unique and sophisticated design sensibility and amazed at your moving image wizardry.
The perfect candidate will ideally have 4+ years in a professional and driven broadcast/advertising environment, used to interpreting briefs and understanding client goals, have excellent client facing skills and enjoy directing and inspiring others in their work.
Youll need be experienced in all stages of production (storyboards, style boards, animation, editing), be a master of all the usual software (Adobe Suite- PS, AI, AE), be familiar with 3D workflow (3D skills a bonus but not essential) but above all you will be passionate about your work and have the passion to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
This is a permanent role, and we offer a competitive salary, private health care and company pension contributions. Applicants must be able to attend an interview in Manchester.

Brief description:
Zion is a strategy/rpg Cyberpunk game. The game code has come very far, and we are currently producing some great music, models, and concept art. However,with only a handful of dedicated artists/modelers, etc, we are always on the lookout for like-minded people to join our team. See our website for more details.
Target aim:
We haven’t made a final decision on how we’ll market ‘Zion’. The concensus seems to be for releasing a free trial version, then selling and marketing the game proper ourselves.
This is essentially a non-pay entry level project, though of course monetary compensation will be distributed in the event we market and sell the game succesfully. It is being produced as a ‘stepping stone’ into the industry for (most) of our team members, and if our team works well together- a stepping stone to our next project. We are all learning a lot about the game development process quite fast, and the game is showing a lot of promise thus far.
Compensation:
We are offering a percentage of potential revenue, in the event that we market the game commercially.
Technology:
Our target system is the PC.

This is the Moesaverage team’s first serious game project.

The game is just getting off it’s feet in terms of game assets, concepts art/models etc. (We have around fifty unique concept art pieces and a dozen or so models) The game engine coding itself is however, well underway. We also have some wonderfully atmospheric score for the first few chapters of ZION, composed by Curtis, one of our more experienced team members. We look forward to hearing from you!

The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting in a high turnover environment, where the majority of artists are either contract or freelance. Recruiting functions include sourcing top talent, interviewing applicants, and short listing appropriate candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting creative talent for Feature Film VFX, Television VFX, Games or similar creative/technical industries.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Define, implement and execute recruiting strategies that meet the staffing

Responsibilities include:
l Your responsibility includes adding secondary animation to animated assets
l Clean up primary animation
l Assemble final resolution assets to scenes
Qualifications:
l Good sense of timing and realism in animation.
l Demonstrated production experience with Autodesk Maya
l A reel is required highlighting the candidates eye for realism, attention to detail and various animation examples
l Candidate must have great communication skills, the ability to take direction and work closely in a team environment.
l Previous production experience is an asset
