Cannes Lions award winning VFX studio in Frankfurt mainly working with VFX and motiongraphics, they make great design oriented stuff!

Information about the project:
Our client has been rewarded producing films presenting a major international TV/electronics company products for television and web. Client wishes the freelancers to handle all aspects of the production (rigging, modeling, animating and rendering).
They will provide you with airline tickets and housing during the project if you can not arrange this yourself. If you can also do compositing in Aftereffects thats is a bonus but not a must.

I`ve been using 3ds Max for some time now, and what really bothers me is the lack of any frame buffer. You make a test render, for a lighting setup for example, and every next render overwrites the previous. The only way is to clone the buffer and this is so frustrating 😡
Is there any other way to compare the renderings? Or maybe Autodesk will fix this someday. Why they don`t do it like in Maya for example?

Hi there everyone, I would like to hear some thoughts from other people involved in Post Production (compositors, editors, sound comps, matte painters, etc… ) about the direction that our industry is taking…

-Are you happy with the current state of the industry in your area/country?

-Are more projects rising each year…or less (industry activity decreasing)?

-Do you think the demand for skilled people in the industry is rising?
