“Mount Tindaya is located on Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. It was chosen by artist Eduardo Chillida, after a long and exhaustive search, as the location for a large-scale sculpture, a carved space of roughly cubic proportions (50m per side) inside the mountain that would be capped by two skylights.” … “Chillida’s dream is to […]
“Urban Cactus is a housing project in the Vuurplaat section of Rotterdam by UCX Architects / Ben Huygen and Jasper Jaegers … They placed the 98 residential units on 19 floors, using the pattern of outdoor spaces to determine the overall appearance of the project.”

If you are a one legged zombie dragging yourself through the jungle with a boombox strapped to your back, trying to get to the next latin oldies party at the bottom of a waterfall, then this mix is for you. Paul has been a dear friend of WMIG for a long time and we have too many stories involving werewolf masks, rabbit tacos, Andy Milonakis, breaking into pools at 5am, and late checkouts to fit into this post, so we’ll let the zombie anthem speak for itself. Little bit of Salem, little bit of Kelis, little bit of Mad Decent faves, Major Lazer; it’s all here just in time to sweat it out for summer!

“I tried to make this mix different from most of the mixtapes that i receive from people. I tried to not make it about new niche genres, super exclusive mp3s or even themed. I just put together a bunch of songs that i have always liked and that I wanted to share. There’s a bit of everything in here and i tried not to go too over board on the weird dial. Anyways, I like this mix, maybe a bit too many sirens but its 8am and i’m too tired to take them out. Hope you enjoy!” – Paul Devro

just letting you know i have some free plug-ins and scripts that might be handy to some.
visit my "blog" for all posts or use the catagory filtered link
All plug-ins are 32bit compiled at the moment, gonna try to get 64bit compiling working later.
Also, most tools have been "production proven", though off course not in every possible pipeline, so if something acts up, i’ll gladly know.
cheers,
Sven
The latest issue of ‘whitewall’ magazine features an exclusive interview with Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter. Apart from Daft Punk interviews being generally uncommon, this one’s fairly unique in that it steers clear of the more conventional topics of DP related conversation, and more towards Bangalter’s sensibilities and influences when it comes to Daft Punk as an all medium encompassing work of “art”.
Skip directly to page 92 for the article in its entirety. Or buy the thing if your coffee table/toilet tank’s feeling lonely these days.
