Matchmove training books

Hi,
Has anyone ever read either of the below Matchmoving books?

Over the last 12-18 months I’ve done a fair amount of experimenting and some basic matchmoving in PFTrack 4 / 2011, Boujou and Nuke, but am entirely self taught (and often experience shots I simply can’t track) and would like to take it from the start and learn the ins and outs 🙂

Any advice would be great!
