Visual Effects Program “Mocha” & “Streamers” Demos @ Dec. 8th LA Post Production Grou

Come and finish off 2010 with a BANG by learning about great VFX and Visual Cueing programs that can help you be more creative and productive in the new year! The Los Angeles Post Production Group will meet on December 8th at 7pm at the Stoner Recreation Center in West Los Angeles.

We’ll have Senior Product & Sales Specialist, Joaquin Pecheur presenting mocha v2 and the soon to be released mocha pro. Mr. Pecheur is a senior compositor and VFX artist with 12 years of experience in feature film and broadcast post-production including projects such as Fantastic Four – Rise of the Silver Surfer", "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow" and "G-Force 3D".

Mocha has earned a reputation in Hollywood and throughout the VFX industry and has quickly become the industry’s most popular and powerful stand alone tracking and roto station with over 25,000 registered users worldwide. One lucky winner will be going home with a full mocha license ($1095, $499 upgrade).

Technology for Foley Recording, Dialogue Replacement and Scoring:

We’ll also be welcoming Streamers’ Developer Sean Dougall for a tour of the new features in Streamers v3. Figure 53’s Streamers (figure53.com) offers an inexpensive, streamlined solution for running video, clicks, streamers, and punches, all in one software package with no special hardware or third-party DAW required.
