Safety at the screen
Posted in: The PadI know this is seen as a really dull subject… but it is very important and commonly overlooked. I have been on a course for 2 years now (spending most of my time starring at the screen) and the effects are starting to take their toll!
I would really appreciate any insight into realistic health & safety practices which occur in the workplace… I can’t imagine everyone has a rest every 30mins?!
