Front projection theaters 0 or 7.5 IRE?

When color grading for Broadcast , a black level of 7.5 IRE is the standard, correct? But what if you final desination is Front project theater?
Do they display 0 black or 7.5?

Do they display 0 black or 7.5?
Also, I am very confused with this topic.
If you grade a movie adjusting all black levels to 0, when displayed on a tv, (7,5 IRE) will the images appear darker or lighter than your orignal color grade on your pc?
