BC High Technology Professional

Just wondering how many vfx artists are stationed in Vancouver and if so, how many of you have come across the "High technology professional" tag in their contract. Seems like this only favors the studio, artists get overtime after 10 hours. From my understanding some studios in the Vancouver area are using this classification and some aren’t. Any input to clarify or to hear your thoughts about this act would be appreciated.
