Nitrogen Studios Canada Inc., one of the world’s foremost independently owned animation studios, is expanding rapidly and is embarking on a search for talented animation professionals worldwide.

We are the home of the world’s #1 pre-school property "Thomas and Friends" and we are well into production of a long series of movies and TV shows that is transforming the iconic Thomas brand into an extremely high end CGI production.

We are particularly interested in artists with high end CGI production experience who also have a solid grounding in traditional animation.

In recreating the realistic environment of steam locomotives one of our busiest crews is our FX department. For immediate hire we are seeking:

FX Supervisor/Senior FX TD
Senior FX Animators (particularly artists expert in Fluid Simulation)
FX Animators

Experience in FX for animation productions (In the styles of Pixar, Disney, Dreamworks, Sony, Blue Sky, etc…) rather than live action FX is preferred.
