Responsibilities:
· Attention to daily individual artist assignments
· Track and update progress of VFX shots in company database
· Communicate daily with clients, editorial, and in-house management
· Push shots through our pipeline from work-in-progress to final
· Interviewing and negotiation with freelance artists as needed
· Complete work within the timeframe allotted and on-budget
· Meet budget and schedule targets
· Developing and coordinating overall project schedules
· Work quickly and efficiently within established pipeline
· Must take direction well and adapt to changes
· Monitoring project progress, participation in weekly show status meetings
· Maintaining adherence to production contract standards
Qualifications:
· Must have problem solving skills, be a self starter, be able to adapt to production changes, as well as motivate artists and teams
· Must be a detail oriented, proactive and well organized, as well as able to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Should be a hands-on and be able offer professional expertise and values
· Should have 3+ years with VFX commercial production is a major plus
