Hasta La Motion!

My question is, I’ll be using the green screen. But should I try to shoot on a blue screen instead? Or have the background entirely black to pull a matte from it?

I know that in Alice in wonderland they shot most of the scenes using the greenscreen and a good amount of the actors had white on. What should I do??

am from india. Now am working as a junior comp artist in my home town. Anybody please tell me, what are the things i need to care, if i got a job out of my country ?. (in Uk or Singapore etc )

i am looking into trying out some different de-noise/grain removal software. i currently use neat video which works a treat but i’m interested to know of anyone else’s thoughts on any other softwares that are available. i mainly work in nuke/fusion so something thats a plug-in for these would be really great (aside from neat video!).

I am currently thinking about writing my bachelor thesis about day for night shots in the film / movie / commercial industry.

That in mind I wanted to ask you if you know any films / movies / commercials like Cast Away, La nuit américaine, … that use that technique?

I already found some day for night topics in here but none of them actually
pointed to any major projects using it.

Every single reference would help me out…
