David Chung: WWA Gallery; Smells Better than it Tastes

L.A based illustrator/fine artist David Chung, aka The Chung!!, will have his “Smells Better than it Tastes” show at Culver City’s WWA Gallery from October 14 – November 12.

David Chung takes a sledgehammer to your funny bone with his unique brand of off-beat humor. He examines the inevitable misfortunes and disappointments that accompany all of our lives and finds a glimmering ray of light therein. Smells Better Than it Tastes reminds us to step back, stop taking ourselves so seriously.

Spy Films, Digital Domain, Grey: Sony

Sony approached Grey London with the task of showcasing Sony product’s 3D capabilities. The brief called for something beyond mere visual spectacle, something that would evoke profound emotion through projection of a storyline. Directed by Arev Manoukian, with production by Spy Films and post production by Digital Domain, Two Worlds brings forth romance with narration of a Leonard Cohen poem.

Marco Mazzoni is a Milan based artist exploring human emotion and curative plants with Durer Faber-Castell colored pencil on paper. These are “references to the Sardinian female-based societies from 16th to the 18th centuries which conserved their culture through the storytelling.”
