tab search modification

I was wondering if you can change the behavior of search nodes (wen u press Tab key)
Now we have to find the name written from scratch, which is very uncomfortable.

Now we have to find the name written from scratch, which is very uncomfortable.
It is possible modify it so you can find strings writing only some part of them?
