Read option from a Write node as fast as a normal Read node?

Hi, I’m doing lots of precomposing these days and I use Write nodes quite much to do it. The problem I’ve noticed is that checking the read option is quite slow compared to read directly from a Read node. I know that the write node is looking for changes in the chain but I just want to "read" as fast as possible from the frames I’ve rendered. It’s why we all precompose, isn’t it??

I would like to know if there’s any way to make a Write node with read checked, act like a normal read node, with the same speed. Hope it’s possible cause the only solution for me now is adding a read node beside…
