problem in nuke

i am not been able to write my final output from nuke . it’s showing the error. how to get rid of it ?
how to render the final out put from nuke ? what will be the settings in " write " tab ?
which format is good ?
avi , mov ,mpeg , mp4 or any other…….
please help…..
