Mask faloff bias
Posted in: NUKE from The FoundrySomehow the mask falloff I make in Nuke feels biased very differently to what I am used to (as if masks had a different gamma or something), and frankly I do not like that very much. It seems as if the mask has a much brighter gamma (and a wider falloff). Is there a way to switch the mask colorspace to produce a more uniform edge, or is putting grade nodes inbetween the only option? I am working with log DPX files, default Nuke conversion to lin lite and sRGB viewer.
