Hasta La Motion!

I´m sorry if this is a repeated topic, i´m actually in a real hurry!. I´ve got to composite greenscreen plates and i´m actually getting unable to achieve decent results. I have lots of artifacts (and apreciable compression patterns) everywhere and some parts of my plates are blurred or show some ghosting. Neither Keylight nor Ultimatte or Primatte seem to deal well with this issue, and i´m pretty a newbie aswell to re-programe these plugins..

¿Is there over there any trick or something to deal with this kind of disaster?
