adding masks to each other

Very stupid question but cant figure it out or find it anywhere online…

I want to "add" masks to each other in order to rotoscope a moving object which will consist of multiple masks.. how can this be so hard to find!!? I’ve been using fusion for almost 3 years now and this was a very simple process… HELP!
