Mix20layer with maya2011 64bit OSx

I have a problem with maya2011 64bit on mac and mix20layer I installed that on maya 2011 32bit on PC and Maya2009 32bit on mac and it worked very well on both of them but on 64bit/mac it don’t work I think it have some problem with 32/64 bit.
I want to know Did anyone had such a problem or can you suggest me a solution on this.
