I need the most help and fast!

im looking to get a new desktop and i am not hardware savy…
im torn between the new i7 or iMac..

i use the following:
AFTER EFFECTS
photoshop
flash
Maya

i also want to get into other 3d apps

i dont know what to do or what graphics card is best and how much memory or quad vs duo/dual?

please help 🙂
