help me guys

my system configuration is intel core 2 dup e7300 2.66ghz processor and 2gb ram n 300 gb hard disk…..

now i want to use 1gb nvidia grpahic card with 4gb ram and 1 terabyte harddisk …….

my qustin is my processor can handle if i upgrade with abve configuratin ???

are can u pls suggest me a gud configuration and which graphic card is gud for renderng for aftereffects,maya,digitalfusin renderngs n for games

i want to run these programs :

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
3d Max
Maya
After effects
Syflex
VRay
Houdini
Realflow
Renderma

i cant put havy budget pls suggest me a resonable budget
