Aesop Rock Typography [Aftereffects]

I hope this is the right place to post, so I hopefully I don’r fail on my first post.
Been lurking around on the forums a while and just finnished a new clip in after effects.
Spent around 1 month and by the end (even though I have just upgraded) my computer was reeally slow. Around 250 3d layers, all with motion blur as well. And abunch of other good stuff.
