How to Start a Reel ? – Professional Ethics

Where to Start a reel? im a Fresher, know some stuffs in After Effects, Bou Jou , Photoshop,
my last reel was from Andrew, i hav studied his Tuts, now i need to create my own stuff
My reel Should Contain stuffs in Roto, Matte Painting , Motion Graphics and particles
i knew Masters of VFX are here, pls guide me to complete a good reel for my portfolio
