Requirements:

• Must be able to track a moving object in a scene with a moving camera. (We need a 3D camera track and 3D object track.)

All qualified applicants should email their resume and link to a reel to: jobs@malditochroma.com with subject "Ref-Matchmoving"

very well paid freelance 3D/comp job for commercial – urgent !

We are looking for a freelance artist who can create a "comic-like" tornado bursting 3D geometry with rigid bodies or smth like this and do some compositing with smoke/debris afterwards.

NO (PHOTO)REALISTIC appeal, more like slapstick animation !

talking about a commercial spot, around 20sec. time –
3D camera movements/several cuts, no textures only grey shades on buildings, bulky and easy/no high poly models. Reference 3D scene to get started will be supplied, models must be created and smashed by tornado, examples of appeal already exist

Preferably 3D work done in Softimage and comp. with Fusion (as we
can alter it afterwards) but not a MUST, Max/Maya/Nuke ok too

really not a big deal for an experienced animator.

Only problem: time – the job starts immediately and should be finished around 15th of January (incl. comp) (PAL 720×576))

rendering can be offloaded to our facility, freelance work can be done abroad if not able to come to vienna/austria
(flight/acommodation would be paid of course)

BUT:
we are not talking about USD 300,- a day here ! 😎
we need the job done and we pay serious money for that work 🙂

if you are interested we will send you more info
