* Job Title: Line Producer (Singapore)
* Department: Production

* Reports To: Producer / Executive Producer
Key Purpose of the Job
To provide and frequently adapt a detailed plan for the delivery of a project to the visual effects producer, supervisors and individual artists and liaising with the London office central schedule to ensure efficient allocation of Singapore based artists.
Needs To Do
* Responsible for the company schedule in Singapore, working with central scheduling, producers and department heads in London and Singapore to allocate crew
* Forward planning and liaising with the central schedule in London to allocate crew in the future
* Setting up regular cinesync/telephone conferences with London
* Liaising with supervisors and leads to coordinate work going in and out of the building
* Working with HR, department heads and supervisors in London and Singapore to identify recruitment needs
* Ensure the visual effects team understand goals and deadlines running dailies and doing daily rounds
* Work with the coordinators to ensure the actuals of what has happened on shots and tasks are recorded
* Adapting the schedule to reflect the changing needs of the client and the company and to reflect the impact of how artists are actually doing based on info supplied by coordinators
* Communicating the schedule to the artists
* Sending deliverables to London
Needs To Know
* Project management experience with MS Project or similar essential
* Office, particularly Excel
* Strong management skills
* Experience of working as a producer within a production driven environment
* Understanding of VFX processes
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills

* Proven track record in project management
* Skilled at quick analysis, problem solving and decision making in order to meet daily/weekly challenges with solutions as well as the capacity to see longer term strategic goals in terms of resourcing and demands of upcoming projects
* Able to communicate effectively between offices internationally

* Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
* Calm, organised and methodical in approach to work able to remain so under pressure and when working to tight deadlines

Skills:
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Producer on feature film projects in a VFX facility.
* Proven ability to manage and cater for client expectations is essential.
* Business acumen and an ability to balance financial responsibilities and negotiations in what can be a very demanding environment.
* Thorough understanding of CG production pipelines and post production in general is essential.
* Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail coupled with exceptional people skills and the ability to work within a team environment.

This role requires you to:
* Carry significant responsibilities both internal and external to the facility, from the bidding process through to driving a production schedule and managing a budget. Being effective in this role is crucial to a well-organised project.
* Form a partnership with a projects VFX Supervisor to carefully manage both the client relationship and internal team priorities while always ensuring the best standard of work is being produced at all times.
* Represent BlueBolt as one of the key client liaisons on a project, handling this responsibility and relationship with diplomacy and professionalism.
* Work closely with the Production Co-ordinator to create and drive a schedule of deliverables and accurate resource requirements over the project duration.
* Manage show budget and finances.

Sr. Matchover/Layout Artist

A Sr. Matchmover/Layout Artist recreates the sets, objects and camera motion of a shot in a 3D software environment to match the live-action background plate images.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create sets, proxy props and other models based on supplied set data and/or other available survey information.
– Include proof of scale in virtual layout setup.
– Set up virtual camera from data sheets and track camera motion.
– Matchmove objects/characters to match the action in the live action plates.
– Render track / matchmove over supplied plates for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience with Maya, PF Track, or other high-end 3D Tracking software packages is essential.
– Visual effects experience in feature films or episodic production is desired.
– Onset experience an asset.
Required Start Date: ASAP
Remuneration: $40,000 – $55,000
This is a six month contract with possibility of full-time for the right individual.

Skills:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in an Editorial environment, assisting a VFX Editor.
* On the job experience using Final Cut Pro.
* Familiarity with data management and strict naming conventions in regards to handling plates, elements and reference media.
* Self-motivation, and an ability to correctly prioritise multiple Editorial tasks in order of urgency.
* Client-facing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
This role requires you to:
* Organise and run Dailies sessions, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
* Take ownership of FCP projects and media, and keep them up-to-date and in good order.
* Assist Production in the prepping of client QT and DPX submissions.
* Do occasional runs to other facilities to collect/ drop off drives etc, if required.
* Keep a log of drives brought in/ taken out of the facility.
* Be on hand to organise and prepare client reviews, cinesync sessions, etc.
* Editing and managing any PR or Showreel work.
* Monitor FCP equipment and projector, flagging up any potential issues to Production/ Systems.
* Show initiative. Offer suggestions and/or alternative solutions to ensure the continued smooth running of the Editorial department.
