Job Title: Production Bookings Assistant / Resource Managers Assistant

Key purpose of the job
To assist the Resource Manager in the allocation of crew to shows, ensuring an accurate and efficient flow of information.
Needs to do
Updating the company schedule using Microsoft Project; changing information according to reports / requests from producers and instruction from the Resource Manager.
Ensuring that all artists within the company are allocated correctly according to show and that producers and department managers are fully aware of allocations.
Problem solving resource requests in a diplomatic fashion.
Planning and executing seating moves under instruction from the Resource Manager.
Assisting the Resource Manager in ensuring that all artists within the company are allocated correctly according to show.
Generating weekly reports for producers to outline changes to crewing.
Generating weekly reports to CEO to outline overall staff levels.
Needs to know
Experienced in MS Project
Good Office skills, particularly Excel
Aptitude for new software is a must
Needs to be
Clear communicator of succinct and accurate information
Extremely focussed and organised
Adaptable to changing scenarios and showing initiative
Calm and personable under pressure, whilst working to tight deadlines
Fast learner of new terminologies and workflows
Someone who is passionate about film!
