RF Magazine

Hey everyone,

Earlier today I was informed about a realflow magazine, it is supposed to be pro tips and tricks with no advertising. They are about the same cost of a textbook and from what I can tell there are only 2 so far.

Has anyone here heard anything or bought one that could give us any insight into the worth of the magazine?

Exporting SD from maya simulation with rigid bodies

Hi, i’m newbie here and in RF… i’m introducing in RF and want to export my maya sim to realflow to add some liquid sim. I go to SD export option in maya, adjust the options but when y press "Export" an error message appears

Quote:

Error: Error writing to file ‘D:/Projects/Bowling For Columbine/Maya/RealFlowSD/Simulation.sd’, please check the available disk space. //

I tried export to D root but no luck.

I clean up the scene and leave only the objects i want to export, bake the animation… etc.. but still have no idea what is wrong.

Any ideas?.
Thanks in advance
