Matthew Tischler Screen Series
Posted in: faux pixel, Gallery, matthew, mesh, photography, tischlerMatthew Tischler gets a lot out of mesh. His images look like wet pixel impressionistic miniature color studies. Although his work looks like it is digitally manipulated, Tischler says he prints everything traditionally from negatives with no fancy enhancements. He uses the screens to obscure the identity of his subjects, ultimately isolating and integrating his subjects into their environment. Check out more here.
