Does the adage ” if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mean anything to anybody any more?!  Word broke out that Disney is working on re-making “Yellow Submarine” for a release in 2012.  Just because Wall-e was awesome doesn’t mean you can make better the beautifully animated and trippy escapade George Dunning created for the Beatles.  You can try to prove us wrong Disney, but we’re not counting on it.

Roksanda Illincic’s sometimes-affordable opulence is on everyone from  Claudia Schiffer to Cate Blanchett to Barbie. Her patent brand of slavic romanticism is expressed via frostily muted colors, 3D draping and mesh while striking Gehry-esque shapes as it hangs from shoulders and hips. Notoriously banned documentary, Cocksucker Blues, is available to be streamed in 9 parts on the web for what we’re sure will be a very limited time. We have no idea if it’s good, bad, whatever (hardly anyone has ever seen it fully) but we DO know it’s really hard to find. According to legend: Really massive epoch defining rock band- the Rolling Stones- thinks it’s a good idea to have a camera follow them around while touring for their most challenging, drug-addled record to-date until they see what’s on the film and then they ban it. Time heals all wounds so maybe everyone will be stoked for Cocksucker Blues to see the light of day but you never know, so run over HERE and watch that shit before it evaporates into thin air.
