Worcestershire Sauce | How It's Made

In the early 19th century, an English nobleman hired two chemists to recreate a sauce he tasted while traveling through India. The resulting concoction was unpalatable, so the chemists left it in a basement only to be discovered years later. Over time, the sauce had matured and became delicious. Over 170 years later, the same recipe is used in sauce distributed all around the world.
