Justin Bieber eyes change during court.

Caught this live and noticed his eyes do something weird so I filmed it with my phone and slowed down on the dvr. I’m sure it’s just a glitch but I’m no editing expert so I’ve never seen something like this. it’s creepy looking anyway.
Since there seems to be other videos from the court room that don’t show it happening it leads me to believe it’s a glitch/error from the court camera to the network that aired it. I’m not arrogant enough to say there’s no possibility of it being something else, but I don’t feel this is hard evidence of the Beebz being a reptilian shapeshifter, demonic possession or something like that.
Here’s the link to the segment where I noticed it. This is just what I think but the one thing I know for sure is that it was not edited/photoshopped on my end. Recorded the TV that was playing in HD but not recorded by my camera in HD.
