Sunday Night Live impro (Live 2017 teaser)

Some vocoder tryouts, melodies, etc.
Again ARTURIA’s Beat Step Pro in charge of randomness (accessory percussions and subtle TB303). Practically all sounds generated on the black boxes, thanks Elektron, and at last but no least MeeBlip’s Anode as supporting melody synth. Advanced controls from Push and Launch Control using Performer , made with Max by Cycling ’74.
Setup still needs more fine tuning but so far is feeling great. 😀

Novation Circuit + Meeblip Triode

I made a fun little tune from scratch on my Novation Circuit. Instead of of using the on board Synth 1 engine, I used my Meeblip Triode for some rude bass action. I just got both of these and am quite impressed with how well they pair.

Hammock Forest – (Novation Circuit and Meeblip Jam) by zhorli

A wee jam featuring two of my electronic companions – the Novation Circuit and the Meeblip Triode.

''Sweet Genevieve'' – James F Harrison (1909)

Released August 1909 on the Edison label as an Amberol record. This song was originally from the 19th century and was already pretty old when this version came out.

Photos I took recently using the Ilford Pixie camera…

Casual snapshots I recently took using a 1960s camera called the Ilford Pixie, and Rera Pan 100 film (127 format). The camera is from Britain, the film is from Japan, the photos were taken in Australia, and the musical accompaniment is a track from the United States, making this video an international experience!

The music is “Autumn Leaves” by the Edison Concert Band, which makes no sense as these photos were taken in winter!

P.S. I took these photos with the exception of the photo of the camera itself, which was taken by a friend…
