When you listen to the Polish language do you just hear hissing, rustling and hushing? Tut tut Oscar Wilde – you must listen closer. She may look like her name is Moonchild and she comes from Fantastica but Ola Rudnicka is actually from the Polish capital of Warsaw (Warszawa) and today she will be teaching you everything you need to know to get along swell with the Poles. Land a ski jump, take a trip to the milk bar or ride on the back of her motorbike, this platinum blonde will have you silver-tongued in no time.

Our Own South

Nothing can better define a country that its people, its culture and history, framed by its characteristic landscape. “Our Own South” is an imaginary trip through the south of Catalonia, our land. It is difficult to convey with images, the character of a working people, honored and proud of their culture, people who have managed to maintain their identity through the years. It is an attempt to show some of the most authentic and endearing aspects of this wonderful and uncharted territory. This piece has been performed with our little drone and “Ándale” a smoother cam operated manually. Underground Bare Knuckle Boxing in the UK

Subscribe to VICE here! http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-VICE

Once regarded as something that happens exclusively in Guy Ritchie films and on gypsy sites, bare knuckle boxing is fast becoming a thriving scene in the UK — the ultimate British bloodsport.

When Clive Martin embeds with the bare knuckle boxing elite, what he discovers is not dissimilar to Fight Club; IT technicians, builders, lifestyle coaches and even a solicitor, all throwing their unprotected fists into each other’s faces. It’s a subculture of honour, pride and violence.

As the UK prepares to play host to the first US vs UK bare knuckle title fight in 150 years — the biggest event the scene has known since it went underground in the 19th Century — Clive tries to find out if violence is a cause or effect for these angry young men.
