any one plz give me how to create a liquid effect in 3dsmax for example my requirement is- liquid type of material like color water or paint type liquid is falling from text-can any one plz help me

Senior Lighting TD– Contract, London, start date immediate

Bluebolt are looking for a Snr Lighting TD to join their exciting London office, currently lead vendor on HBO’s Game of Thrones and Iron Lady among others.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a feature film or high-end CG lighting pipeline.
Showreels must contain examples of photorealistic CG lighting.

Skills:
* Solid technical grounding of Lighting in Maya using renderers like Pixar’s Renderman or 3Delight.
* A good working knowledge of high-end CG lighting pipeline working practice and protocols.
* An ‘artistic eye’ and and a thorough understanding of photography and film lighting principles.
* Experience in ‘Look Development’ and ‘Shader Setup’ is preferable.
* Experience of writing shaders in RSL and/or scripting general lighting pipeline tools for production are an advantage.

This role will require you to:
* report to the Head of 3D
* be team orientated, motivated and able to work a brief.
* be able to learn quickly and troubleshoot logically.

Systems Engineer– full-time, London, immediate start

BlueBolt is look looking for a talented and experienced person to join the growing engineering team at their London office.

Skills:
* Minimum 3 years experience of Unix/Linux HPC systems administration
* A good solid working experience of programming (python, GUI, bash shell scripting)
* Proven experience of building, testing and rolling out software
* Experience developing, maintaining and tuning LAMP technologies
* Good working knowledge of film, television and colour pipelines desired
* Excellent working knowledge of high performance file distribution, networking systems and distributed processing systems, preferably gained at a VFX facility but other candidates will be considered

This role will require you to:
* Develop and maintain BlueBolt’s technical infrastructure and participate in major systems projects
* Oversee and perform general system maintenance
* Proactively seek out and recommend new hardware and software technologies
* Implement a creative, safe approach to automation
* Help support and develop production pipeline tools
* Monitor systems using existing tools and implement and develop new monitoring systems
* Provide day-to-day support to creative and production teams with on call support
* Prioritise, respond, and follow through on multiple requests
* Produce documentation for administration and end-users
* Report to the CTO
