Cernunnos

Chocolate Ad

Hey guys,

here is a short clip I worked on in school recently. It took about 2 days for planning and doing the previz. 4 hours for the actual shooting and about 4 days for postwork which includes editing, 3d and comping. Lots of the 3d could have been made better but time was against me 😉

Original size is 720p

the version on youtube is resized and about 20% darker than the original one…

Critics are welcome 🙂

I am selling 1 Mokey License for the Mac platform. I have zero use for this software as my focus is on 3D. I have listed it on ebay starting at $100.

PFTrack and zoom

Hey guys this is my first post here as i just discvered this site.

My question is about motion tracking a shot that has zoom in it and using that effectively in blender.

When i have a shot in which i zoom in with my camera the objects tends to move like it is flying in the video and the only way to keep it in its steady position is to play with the axis values(possibly the wrong way). Is there a way to keep the object stable while the camera zoom sin (of course there has been tracking, estimation of focal length and solve motion before i import it in Blender).

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂

Create Bezier Points with Python

Hi all,

I would like to create a bezier node in Python.
My problem is when I try to create 4 points and interpret the shape (cusp points, smooth, ect). The rest is ok. I hope 😉

Here is what I have now:

Code:

knb = nuke.createNode("Bezier")
      nuke.knob("Bezier1.name", "Test")
      nuke.knob("Test.invert", "true")
      nuke.knob(Test.color", "0")
      nuke.knob("Test.points", "1998 232 0 0.31")
      #nuke.knob(Test.shape", "curve L x1 0")

I don’t know how I can create more that one point, and how I need to write correctly the shape curve.

I have create a .nk file to know how the bezier node is build:

Code:

Bezier {
 inputs 0
 invert true
 points {{
{-38 908 0 -2.83}
{-60 244 0 -0.32}
{1998 232 0 0.31}
{1988 908 0 2.82}
}}
 shape {{curve L x1 0}}
 center {960 540}
 color 0
 name 2_35_cache
 selected true
 xpos 239
 ypos 22
}

That’s an example but if someone can help me to transform the node code in Python…

Thx a lot
