Opened up the professional forums

We hope the information now made available in these forums will be helpful to lurkers and guests on the site, as well as to beginners looking for professional advice.
Some of you know that there has been a bit of a flame war between the new school and the old school, and so if you see old schoolers giving lip please report them and you will get +++ karma
