To be considered for this role applicants will need the following:
Experience
Minimum 7 years client attended high-end tvc / short-form Flame compositing
Experience leading vfx teams
Quoting experience, including written vfx treatments
Extensive shoot supervision experience
Attributes
Display rare compositing talent and take personal pride in producing imagery of the highest standard, with the ability to cast a critical eye over their own work
Showreel and accompanying breakdown must demonstrate outstanding ability in all aspects of high-end compositing, including technical, stylised, photo-real and CG compositing and grading, with a distinct design aesthetic
Able to wow clients whilst producing excellent work under deadline pressure
In-depth understanding and interest in the entire vfx process, from story to final master
Ability to come up with creative solutions in order to add value to any budget
Awareness of current and emerging vfx techniques and industry trends
Exceptional communication skills, including written
Ability and confidence to mentor junior staff and get the best out of fellow vfx artists
Aspiration to expand existing client base
