Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Studio Manager is responsible for managing all front office activities including client services and facilities operations. Maintain the smooth running of the Studio, including welcoming and inducting new staff, Accounts liaison, building maintenance and other administration and organizational tasks.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role including 1 year in VFX/Advertising/Integrated environment
- Minimum 3 years supervising a team of employees
- Must be detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines. Ability to multi-task with a smile.
- Proven team player with good organization and communication skills.

- Can think quickly and decisively under pressure and can motivate team members to produce the best possible results.
- Bring focus, judgment and determination to maintain tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of New York city and surrounding areas
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and ability to work with both Macs and PCs.
- Must have flexible schedule
- With strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivity
- Ability to budget, organize and host a variety of events
