Flash Developer:

Deep AS3 knowledge (OOP, classes, architecture)
Understanding of existing AS3 libraries (Greensock, Away3D)
Social Networking APIs
Ability to interface with backend technologies (PHP, mySQL, etc)
Flash CS3+
Flash Builder
