Professional Services Account Manager

Southpaw Technology Inc., a leading provider of production asset management solutions to the media and entertainment and enterprise markets, is looking for a Professional Services Account Manager.
As the Professional Services Account Manager you will have project delivery responsibility for large media, entertainment and enterprise accounts. You will be able to set project objectives and milestones and manage their delivery with all stakeholders. You will report to the COO/SVP Sales.
Job Description
· Create and manage project plan.
· Have the ability to balance technical and business objectives.
· Be able to manage Client expectations and negotiate compromises if justified.
· Gather requirements and use cases for product enhancements.
· Have experience in enterprise software applications markets and specifically Digital Asset Management and Creative Production Pipelines.
· Strong team player with the ability to balance tension between creative, production and engineering teams.
· Be an exceptional communicator and leader with the ability to remove complexity in favor of clarity in order to provide a clear direction.
· 5+ years experience in the software, media and entertainment markets.
· Willingness to travel worldwide.
· BS/BA in Business or Engineering.
