·Assisting with day to day scheduling of tasks.
·Assisting with day to day coordination and scheduling of support tasks.
·Prep bids and assist Producers with document distribution and data entry.
·Create and update bid tracking document publish for London to view.
·Liaise with all shows to ensure correct prioritisation of support tasks where needed.
·Help coordinate outsource requirements.
·Capture decisions and requests in meetings and ensure these are acted on and documented where needed.
·Assist with day to day admin such as keeping schedules up to date and processing holiday requests.
·Schedule meetings where required.
·Ensure necessary lines of communication are established and maintained.
·Stay informed about show and facility developments in order to facilitate all of the above.
·Scheduling team meetings and taking minutes.
·Coordinating new requirement requests.
·Responsible for seat allocation and tracking capacity within the facility.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
·Strong organisation and communication skills
·Good Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel. Experience of Microsoft Project an advantage
·Experience of technology projects is desirable but not essential.
