The Centre for Digital Entertainment is a new government funded initiative by the Universities of Bath and Bournemouth.
The programme places researchers directly into companies to work on projects of direct benefit to the industry. These projects will then form the basis of a Doctoral thesis. Successful applicants will have their fees paid and recieve a tax free annual stipend. Companies involved so far include Aardman, Framestore, Frontier, Harman, Natural Motion, MPC, Double Negative and many more. We are working across Games, Animation and Visual FX.
